I am a licensed massage therapist practicing in New Hampshire over the last 15 years. My community is very important to me and I make sure I take the time to give back by volunteering. Whether it's at triathlons or donating gift certificates, I try not to forget the people who keep me in business.

When I am not working, I can be found spending time with my amazing boys (my "Beasts"), drumming and singing in a local band, collecting and teaching about plants and plant medicine, snowshoeing, skating, fishing, kayaking, camping, dancing at powwows, and just about anything that you can do outside in nature!!! I am also a local artisan, creating Native American inspired art.

The best therapy is getting out into nature and living!!!
